How Often Should Someone Receive a Massage?

We have a large number of clients who swear by receiving a monthly massage. It is a great way to slow down and check in with yourself. We also have clients with chronic pain who come in more frequently. Whatever your time and finances allow, we try to be accommodating. Take care of yourself so you can better care for those dear to you. We love seeing people leave our office relaxed and rejuvenated!

What is a Licensed Esthetician?

A licensed Esthetician is a skin care professional who has graduated from a state licensing training program and has passed both written and practical exams of the State Board. Estheticians also take many post-graduate continuing education classes to stay up-to-date with the latest developments of skin care treatments. Some of the treatments that fall under an Esthetician's scope of practice are: facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin analysis, makeup application, full body waxing, and body treatments.

Who Should Have Facials and Why?

Everyone, no matter age or gender, should have regular facials. If you want your skin to look its best you have to take care of it. A good customized facial does for your skin what a month of good exercise and nutrition does for your body. Through deep cleansing, exfoliation, stimulating circulation and use of professional-strength products, a facial can improve your skin in a single session. Your Esthetician has techniques, experience, products, and equipment that cannot be replicated at home.
