Dena Archer
Owner/LIcensed Massage Therapist

I grew up in the Adirondacks and remained in the area for college where I received my B.S. in Human Services. Inspired by a close friend, who became a chiropractor, I decided to go to school for massage therapy in Florida. I worked in Palm Beach, Manhattan and the Hamptons for the next 7 years.

Motherhood brought me back to the North Country. I loved growing up here and wanted my children to have a similar experience.

After two decades in my field, my passion for massage therapy is still growing. My studies have been vast and include three weeks in Thailand, practicing the ancient art of Thai massage and three years at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing among other professional achievements. I am fascinated by the human body, its ability to heal and the negative affects of stress.

I am honored to be working with several highly trained individuals, who share my vision of creating a welcoming, tranquil atmosphere and are deeply committed to their craft.

One client who comes in regularly recently told me "My decision to come in on a monthly basis has been the best gift I have ever given myself." I encourage you to gift yourself, I promise you will experience excellence. We hope to see you soon.

I graduated from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake with an A.A.S. in massage therapy in 2008. I learned and continue to practice different types of massage such as Swedish, Hot stone, trigger point work, and pregnancy massage.
I have always enjoyed helping others. Massage therapy is self awareness, and a great way to help someone make time for themselves.

Daniel Rapkin
Licensed Massage Therapist

I grew up in Flemington, NJ and moved to Upstate NY for school and just haven't left yet. I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh with a B.S. in Expeditionary Studies in 2013 which is where I found my love of movement, balance, and the outdoors. Taking rock climbing and kayaking trips I saw patterns of movement in myself and others that led to areas of chronic tension and I knew I wanted to figure out a way to reduce them in myself and others.

So I went to massage therapy school at NCCC and graduated with an A.A.S. in Massage Therapy in 2015. I learned to the love the outdoors and the human body for what it could help me achieve. My favorite techniques to use are ones that that provide deep and therapeutic pressure. I practice Swedish, Hot Stone, Trigger Point, Sports, Chair massage and my personal favorite, Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy. I have a great desire to learn Craniosacral and Lymph Drainage as well in order to help a wider variety of people help themselves heal. I am very excited to start bringing the healing power of touch to those who seek it out!
